Restaurant Review
Mario's Restaurant, a restaurant 60 years old, nestled in Midtown, Detroit, was very good. I started with a salad with a plate of "Add On's" the 'Add On's" were shrimp, beets (Just to name a few) and after that course, had a pureed minestrone soup, with Parmesan cheese. The creaminess of the soup went even creamier with the adding of the cheese. after a 15 minute wait, I got my food, Gnocchi in a blush sauce (Alfredo and Marinara mixed) . The creaminess of the sauce really contrasted well with the gnocchi. The soft gnocchi really soaked the blush up, creating a dish i'd like to eat every day of the week. For drink, I had a Shirley Temple, very good shaken well, stirred well, and in all, a very good meal from Mario's Restaurant.😀😀
